Returns & Exchanges for Orders Placed Between 11/24/25 and 12/23/25
If you ordered clothing between 11/24/25 and 12/23/25 and want to return or exchange, please reach out to us at hellobeautiful@houseofrandy.com. Because orders are processed differently than regular orders, the return and exchange processes are a little unique! But do not fret – to successfully initiate a return, simply email us hellobeautiful@houseofrandy.com within 15 days of your order's delivery date and include your order information and reason for return. Any returns or exchanges must be new and unused to be accepted.
General Returns & Exchanges Policy
We hope you love Randy's goodies, but if not – no worries! We generally accept returns or exchanges of new, unused items within 15 days of your order's delivery date.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping.
Domestic Orders: We charge a $5.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
International Orders: We charge a $25.00 restocking fee on each order returned.
